LIABILITY WAIVER - La Forteresse

I acknowledge that accessing and using the structure known as “La Forteresse” at Festival Délirium, organized by Délirium Québec s.e.n.c., involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • falls
  • uneven surfaces
  • crowd movement
  • weather conditions
  • noise, lighting and reduced visibility

I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and that I understand these risks.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and physically and mentally fit to access La Forteresse.

I acknowledge that La Forteresse is an installation built for a cultural event and that its use is at my own risk.

I expressly accept all normal and foreseeable risks related to my presence in and use of La Forteresse.

I waive any claim against Délirium Québec s.e.n.c., its organizers, volunteers, suppliers and partners for damages resulting from these normal risks, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I agree to:

  • follow all site rules
  • obey safety instructions
  • leave the structure when requested

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

By checking this box or signing, I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted this waiver.

If I purchase a ticket for other people, I confirm that all persons using this ticket have read and accepted this waiver.
