I acknowledge that access to and use of the structure called “The Fortress” during the Délirium Festival, organized by Délirium Québec s.e.n.c., involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • falls
  • uneven surfaces
  • crowd movements
  • weather conditions
  • noise, lighting, and reduced visibility

I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and that I understand the nature of these risks.

I declare that I am 18 years of age or older and am physically and mentally fit to access The Fortress.

I acknowledge that The Fortress is an installation built for a cultural event and that its use is at my own risk.

I expressly accept all normal and foreseeable risks associated with the use of The Fortress and my presence in this area of the site.

I waive all claims against Délirium Québec s.e.n.c., its organizers, volunteers, suppliers, and partners for damages resulting from these normal risks, except in cases of intentional fault or gross negligence.

I agree to:

  • leave the structure if requested to do so

I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in my expulsion without refund.
